What is Mentor Leaders?

The purpose of Mentor Leaders is to assist individuals in finding their purpose and passion
and to develop their leadership skills in reaching their sphere of influence

Our vision is to develop leaders into fully functioning, effective workers and equip them with everything they need to accomplish their mission.

Why is Mentor Leaders needed?

Thousands of people are hurting and looking for their purpose in life. Maybe you are one of them or maybe it’s someone close to you. Many of you are confused or simply unhappy…we understand…many of us have been through similar experiences. Find out how you can contribute to a culture that has been neglected and shunned. You’ll find that when you commit yourself to others, your problems seem insignificant. There is no better feeling.

Our goal at Mentor Leaders is to expose young people to a need greater than themselves. To help them uncover a world perhaps they would never have known existed. We will mentor you so that you find the true character within and in turn your true purpose will be revealed. We will connect you with an opportunity to assist others.

We partner with individuals; organizations, churches, schools, colleges, foundations and nationals helping the dreams of the needy become a reality.
We will help prepare and educate you with the tools you’ll need to face your greatest challenge, helping others.

People with serious challenges lack hope and people without hope have no reason to keep living. Our purpose is to reveal the needs of the world to young people. This exposure creates a desire to serve. You’ll discover that serving other’s needs transforms you into the person you were designed to be.

During the first phase of mentoring, you will be taken through intense study and given a personality profile assessment that will assist us in helping you develop a specific plan to achieve your life goals. We will also teach you the practical aspects of life such as managing finances and character building. During the second phase, you will be placed in the field with an experienced mentor for a 3-month period allowing you to receive on-the-job training. You’ll gain knowledge, experience and confidence in committing your life to your newfound purpose.

Upon finishing your coursework and internship, we hope to have helped you find your purpose, discover your vision and ignite a passion within you. Through an extensive and ever expanding network of partners, we will connect you with educational and vocational opportunities. Our desire is to see you living the life you were created to live.
